Job Description

- Perform routine cleaning maintenance tasks
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing carpets
- Cleaning appliances and bathrooms
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Deep cleaning for property turnovers as needed
 

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields a plus
- Ability to handle physical workload- Ability to lift 60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Works independently
- Good communication skills
