Job Description:

An owner, operator and developer of primarily multifamily real estate headquartered in Washington, DC. Rapidly growing portfolio is located in secondary and tertiary urban markets up and down the east coast. and is currently seeking a Leasing Agent for its Washington, DC portfolio.

​

  • Providing information to future and current residents in person and over the telephone

  • Collecting application fees and rental deposits

  • Verifying & recording applicant and resident information

  • Preparing leasing related documents, i.e. agreements, move in forms, vacancy reports

  • Assembling resident packets

  • Completing initial certifications and conducting annual re-certifications

  • Writing maintenance requests on tickets

  • Maintaining various keys

  • Other related duties
